FPG's Letters to A. L. Phelps

57. 1925:
Rapid City, Man.    October 15, 1925

Dear Mrs. Phelps,

Just a word to let you and your husband know that I got home well and to thank you once more for the extraordinarily good time you gave me. I've been enjoying myself hugely. I do hope, Ann is well?

I found our little dog pretty bad. He had got out and hunted Mr. Airedale up to show him what stuff he, Captain, was made of. Mr. Airedale tore the stitches out of him and nearly finished the work.

Mrs. Grove & May, however, were as well as could be. The latter was somewhat disappointed when I told her I had been talking with Prof. Woodhouse instead of going downtown, on Tuesday, to buy her something that came from Winnipeg. However.

Most sincerely yours,
F.P.G.
