FPG's Letters to A. L. Phelps

75. 1925:
Rapid City, Man.    26 December, 1925

Dear Phelps,

Thanks for the wishes which I return. May the 3 Phelpses live in happiness and prosperity for many more decades.

I've been up for an hour today, but I could not stand. Mrs. Grove says, out of 11 Christmas which we have spent together, I've spent only two out of bed.

I've reread the whole of Sophocles - some bequest he left us, that fellow! Mrs. G. is as disgusted as I was with Many Marriages.

See you later,

Yours,
F.P.G.
